Dr. Park is a board-certified radiation oncologist and Medical Director of Radiation Oncology at NKC Health in North Kansas City, Missouri, and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Missouri–Kansas City. His clinical practice spans genitourinary, thoracic, and head & neck malignancies, with a particular focus on stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT).
Alongside patient care, he has served as a local principal or co-investigator in multiple clinical trials and has held national appointments spanning the VA Radiation Oncology Quality Surveillance Program, the SWOG Radiation Oncology AI Subcommittee, and a temporary voting seat on the FDA Oncologic Drugs Advisory Committee. His research and writing bridge two threads — radiation oncology quality measurement and the philosophy of medical statistics — increasingly applied to how artificial intelligence is evaluated and adopted in oncology.
